Life isn't always easy, but it is in those difficult times that we can grow the most.

I approach my practice as someone who will listen and help you find out how to be your best you. Our time together will be productive and respectful, providing you with the encouragement and strength to overcome life's challenges.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of New York, with a Master's degree in Social Work from the University at Buffalo School of Social Work. Following my graduate work, I completed the Trauma Counseling Program offered by the University at Buffalo Office of Continuing Education.

My experience includes working in residential treatment programs with adolescents, an acute psychiatric inpatient facility, an outpatient clinic, a middle school as well as working with families in their homes.

Over the past eighteen years, I have worked extensively with adolescents, adults and their families to resolve conflicts and interpersonal struggles. Additionally, my clinical interests and experiences include working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, gender, sexuality, relationships, anger management, family dynamics and stress reduction.

I look forward to working with you.
